Double cross PE is made by carefully twisting together PE material, which has excellent "flying distance", "strength" and "sensitivity", and ester material, which has "high specific gravity" and "strength".
[Trouble-free]
The "strength" unique to double cross PE allows the line to be easily removed from the spool,
and prevents the line from getting tangled in the guide or bail.
When fishing for trout, where line slack is likely to occur, it minimizes trouble during the series of actions of casting, retrieving and picking up.
It also goes well with mountain stream bait finesse.
