SHIMANO BB-X Larissa 2016 Model year

Everything is different with the new Larissa.
HAGANE Gear, X-SHIP, HAGANE Body, and Core Protect. NEW Larissa debuted with the core features of Shimano Reel Technology. The body is 10g lighter (compared to the 2500DHG), making it easier to handle. Adoption of side hold handle improves portability. By increasing the number of bearings and arranging parts using super water-repellent technology on the line roller, we have achieved smoother rotation performance. Also, by adopting HAGANE gear by precision cold forging technology, XG with extra high gear specification is newly added to the lineup. It supports long throws and long drifts more comfortably.
