A heavy sinking pencil developed for long-distance casting when the wind is headwind, crosswind, or strong wind is the most important factor. Based on the concept of "distance first", it flies like a jig, so it can reach distant boils and tide lines that minnows cannot reach. It floats up quickly, so it can be used day or night in shallow areas and just below the water surface of large rivers, surf, tidal flats, rocky shores, and estuaries.
