At points with a current, just retrieving the line while tensioning it and taking the line slack, and just letting it suspend and drift in the water will attract sea bass with its complex swimming. In areas without a current, you can freely control it from just below the surface of the water to about 30cm by using a super dead slow retrieve and raising and lowering the rod tip.
