The "Scissor Comb", created by super local angler Tsutomu Kawashima of the Boso Peninsula, who is supported by many anglers for his sharpened skills and unique style, is a soft bait with an original shape with four pairs of scissor arms attached to a split tail shape (forked) with a slim silhouette. When these scissor arms receive water, they create a slight vibration, and appeal to bass by rolling from the body to the tip of the tail. The perfectly balanced action is very similar to the vibrations of small fish with weak swimming ability such as icefish, so if you set it with a lightweight jig head and simply reel it in, real small fish will mistake it for a school and follow it.
