In the case of a high-speed dog walk with a splash, immediately after the long cast lands on the water, the rod is set up and strongly swung to prevent the line from dropping to the surface of the water as much as possible.
When the lure has passed the halfway point of the casting distance, the trick is to quickly lower the rod and maintain the angle between the line and the surface of the water so that the lure does not jump out of the water surface.
In contrast to Iron Mouse, which has a good balance of wide slide width, low-speed table turns, splashes, and high-speed dog walks, Jagi Mouse (to be released soon) has a reduced slide width and excels at more intense splashes from low to high speeds.
Although it is designed for fluorocarbon lines, it is possible to generate a more intense splash by using a PE line or nylon line.
