The new technology "HIP manufacturing method (heat integration process)" has succeeded in increasing the adhesion between the raw threads.
It has made it possible to improve the firmness, stiffness, abrasion resistance, and reduce color fading, which was not possible with previous PE lines.

HIP manufacturing method (heat integration process) 
The raw threads are made of "IZANAS", an ultra-high strength polyethylene fiber from the world-famous brand Toyobo.
The raw threads are tightly woven with micro-pitch braiding processing and special heat treatment is applied to make each raw thread adhere to each other.
This not only increases the roundness, but also creates firmness and stiffness that could not be achieved with conventional PE lines.
Furthermore, the abrasion resistance, which was a weak point, has been greatly improved.
 Significantly improved abrasion resistance
We repeatedly rubbed a No. 1 line against a square file (800) at a constant speed with a load of 45g of lead, and measured the number of times it was rubbed until it broke.
The measured value was about twice as high as that of conventional PE.
This has drastically reduced not only friction against sunken roots and guides, but also fraying around the finger loops and color fading due to repeated use.
 Improved roundness
Each strand of thread is tightly attached, so there is little resistance when casting.
