Specially designed "high pitch tight wobbling roll action that catches fish". Even with a slow retrieve, it creates a firm pull and "intense flashing & vibrations" due to its wide body. It also inherits the irregular slide action (while the lure is biting) that is automatically generated by changes in the current, etc., even when simply reeled in.
