Recommended for light ayu fishing in summer, stream and shore fishing (situations where knees may hit each other), and boat fishing (when knees hit the side of the boat). Shock absorbing pads on knees and shins. Knee area: 5mm thick. Knee to shin area: 3mm thick. The knee area in particular is thick enough to absorb shock even if you put your weight on your knees and hit them hard.
