Luna was originally developed as a minnow for trout. Natsuo Tsujimoto noticed the high response performance of this minnow to twitching and built it up as a minnow specifically for rockfish.
Combined with the lightweight hook, it turns with one twitch without any hesitation in the right spot, and tempts rockfish with highly responsive turns to the left and right.
Twitching will lure out rockfish that cannot be bitten by simply reeling. While twitching, let the lure swim in a shallow range below the surface.
The wall-don fishing method, where you sometimes pause and twitch the lure against the cliff, is also effective.
