The SPEC2-SF uses two movable weights instead of the three used in the SP model, and is positioned to allow both flight and swimming, and is fixed with an extremely thin middle plate. Although it is not as good as the original moving center of gravity type, it has minimized the variation in flight distance as an 11cm fixed center of gravity minnow. Even with a quiet accuracy cast, it maintains a posture that allows it to start swimming from the moment it hits the water, and its slow floating makes it excellent at evasion and ideal for attacking around structures. Its posture is not disturbed too much even with twitches and hard jerks. SPEC2 sacrifices flight distance by abandoning the moving center of gravity, but its silent design makes it effective in clear water and tough conditions.
