This is a Straight Worm that we are proud of, developed with ease of use and action in a downshot rig as our top priority. The combination of the ring body and non-salty material allows the worm to maintain a horizontal posture for long periods of time away from the bottom, and to perform a lifelike action that makes it writhe with its whole body even with minor rod manipulations or slight bottom undulations.
Design The ring-shaped ribs on almost the entire body give the worm a thick silhouette, while the thin core body allows for flexible movement. The worm's head and chest are designed to be slightly thicker to make it easier to insert an offset hook, and delicate slits on the back and belly allow the tip of the offset hook to be hidden between the ribs, reducing the risk of it getting caught on the bottom.
Horizontal posture The non-salty material allows the worm to maintain a stable horizontal posture when used with a downshot rig, and even when used with a trout hook or offset hook, it will continue to lure fish.
