Previously, the Shad Tail Worm had a lively action when used with a no-sinker rig, but when the retrieve was stopped, it would sink without any action...in other words, the weak point was that it lost its ability to attract bass the moment it was stopped. However, the Drive Shad is different. It has acquired a new action that allows it to swim spontaneously even during a free fall, turning the weak point into a bite opportunity. The way it falls while twisting its body and flapping its tail is just like a baitfish heading to the bottom of its own volition. This makes it possible to get bass to bite during the fall, which could not be done by just reeling, by aiming for a fall bite when it lands near the cover and then retrieving it, and by using a fall action to lure bass that do not bite even if they chase. Furthermore, while the tail swings firmly even during a dead slow retrieve when just reeling, it is stable even during a fast retrieve, and produces an attractive sound when buzzing. *The images of the products shown are representative images.
