This floating vest has a glitter print that incorporates the kumadori design, a makeup technique unique to Kabuki. 
In addition, the outer fabric is made of super durable water repellent (SDWR) fabric that maintains its water repellency even after 100 washes, and repels water from the surface for a long time.
This high-performance functional floating vest boasts a water pressure resistance of 20,000 mm and a breathability of 6,000 g/m2/24h.
