When in use, stack according to the height of the squid and store compactly when not in use. The squid is neatly lined up and stored, and the moisture released from the squid is discharged to the outside of the tray to keep the squid fresh. There are two lineups: an all-resin model and a model with an aluminum plate, and the model with an aluminum plate allows you to cool the squid faster.
