Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. We will notify customers of any significant delays via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • North America: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Oceania: 7–14 business days

  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and items. We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
