Daiwa's unique 12-braided square-stranded line is made by weaving 12 basic threads together at ultra-high density.

Since it is not round-stranded but square-stranded, there is no gap in the center, so it will not be crushed, will not twist, and is resistant to abrasion.
UVF (Ultra Volume Fiber) processing + Evo Silicone processing improves roundness, and the specifications are improved by orders of magnitude in all areas such as strength, abrasion resistance, sensitivity (elongation), and dynamic friction coefficient.
Reduced surface resistance and low elongation significantly reduce annoying guide line noise, allowing for higher sensitivity and smoother casting.
Strength up to 120%, abrasion resistance up to 172%, elongation suppression up to 130%, dynamic friction performance up to 118% (all compared to our 8-braid line).
New dyeing and new marking (double marking) improve visibility.
Since it is square-stranded, there is no cavity in the center of the thread, so it will not be crushed, will not twist, and is resistant to abrasion.
