Convert the theory of slow jigging to minnows!
The SLZ VERTICE SD (Slow Drive) is finally here, a minnow dedicated to slow retrieval that imitates a dying baitfish!
■ Slow drive action (slow winding exclusive action)
Larger sea bass take advantage of their tendency to prey on dying baitfish, which can be reliably preyed on. The action of the lure is deliberately suppressed, and the slow retrieval is set to generate a weak wobbling roll action, like slow jigging that reproduces the movement of a dying baitfish. In addition, by intentionally setting the weight holding structure (MAGLOCK) to loose, a staggered action occurs due to small impacts such as changes in the flow, and the movement of the dying baitfish writhing (= "during eating") is also produced. When sea bass are preying on these baits near the surface, such as ayu, sayori, kabibora, sardines, konoshiro, and grouper, you can induce a hit by simply throwing it and rolling it slowly. (Note: Due to the slow winding action setting, the staggered action will be larger in the early winding, and sometimes it may rampage left and right.) The 140S is a booming slow thinking tune model specialized for use in long throws and stormy weather.
By increasing the weight to the very last minute to maintain basic performance such as practical response and ease of handling, overwhelming castability is realized even in stormy weather and headwind conditions.
It has made it possible to approach points beyond that were previously impossible to capture. Although it is one step ahead of the 140F in terms of response performance and appeal performance, its advantage in stormy weather is a great weapon.
In stormy weather, when you need to make a long throw, when the range is a little deep due to reluctance, or when the baitfish is diving a little, the slow thinking tune comes in.
After throwing to the target point, you can induce a hit just by winding it slowly.
